2nd Annual Founders Dinner


 

Join us Tuesday August 20th for our 2nd annual founders summer dinner. Last summer we rolled out with Breakfast for dinner theme if you were lucky enough to attend. KBS, CBS were the stars of the show.  This year we’re going with a horizontal lineup of the last four releases in the Backstage series for the main event. Checkout the menu below with the lineup:

Welcome Course: Rubaeus Rasberry Ale
Blue Point oysters on the half shell, rasberry mignonette, caviar.
1st Course: Frangelic Mountain Brown
Smoked Tourchon of foie, pickled peaches, fried pumpernickle French toast, cocoa dusted pecans, brown butter and sorghum gastrique.
2nd Course: Hand of Doom Barrel Aged Double IPA:
Bourbon braised pork belly, sweet corn, vanilla scented grits, tiny caramel corn, corn shoots “cornucopia”
3rd Course: Bolt Cutter Barley Wine
Coffee rubbed roasted lamb loin, maple yogurt, barley oatmeal, house granola, “scotched” blueberries.
Dessert: Mango Magnifico con Calor:
Coconut and rum pannacotta, chilli infused dark chocolate ganache, mango chip.
