Deschutes Beer Dinner


Tuesday, September 11, 7:00pm

We’re proud to announce our beer dinner lineup with Deschutes for Tuesday, September 11th. Joining us from the left coast will be Gary Fish, founder and CEO of the brewery. We’ll gather in the Pub Above at 7pm for the Amuse Bouche and welcome beer.  1st course will go down around 7:30. The menu looks wonderful as always:

Amuse Bouche -Double Star Farms Chicken Gallentine -Anson Mills polenta, pickled green beans, natural jus, bbq cracklins.

Beer – Twilight Summer Ale

1st- Grilled Belgian Endive Salad- oranges, pine nuts, pimenton spiced duck ham, corriander vin.

Beer – Chainbreaker White IPA

2nd – Molasses Glazed Salmon -butter leaks, cannellini bean puree, spiced walnuts, pommegranet

Beer – Stoic Belgian Quad

3rd – Coco & Ancho Chili Rubbed Missouri Ribeye -smoked mushrooms, crispy sweetbreads, cherry bacon relish, whiskey gastrique

4th -Chocolate Bustock – chocolate brioche, apricot jam, almond cream
