Executive chef, Derek Roe, is kicking off this fall season with a FIVE course dinner paired with the delicious beers from Founder’s Brewery


 Welcome Course

Cured salmon, radish, fennel, beet, pumpernickel tuile

with Harvest wet-hopped ale

2nd Course

Duck poutine, roasted breast/confit leg, Kennebec frites, preserved lemon

with Dissenter imperial India pale lager

3rd Course

Maple glazed pork, mole negro, coal roasted pumpkin, pepitas, crema

with Backwoods Bastard bourbon barrel aged Scotch ale

4th Course

Cast-iron roasted ribeye, spent grain risotto, apple butter, pine nuts

with Devil Dancer triple IPA

Dessert

Chocolate bacon donut, ‘dreamsicle’ custard, candied blood oranges

with Breakfast Stout
