July 4th BBQ


Join us July 4th for the 2nd  BBQ of the season. We’ll be open from noon serving a special menu till 8pm. Great weather for holiday patio time in the CWE.

Sample July 4th BBQ Menu

 Snacks

Ham Hock Deviled Farm Eggs – Wasabi caviar, pickled vegetables -6

Cheddar Dusted Olives – lightly breaded, flash fried -6

Homemade Potato Chips – Cooked to order -6  Add Rarebit -2

Dressel’s Pretzel – Housemade served  with Rarebit -8

 

Soups and Salads

French Onion Soup – Gruyere and crouton -7

Stockpot Special of the Day –House made soups and stews served with warm bread – 6 and 12

 

Strawberry Salad – Farm greens, feta, toasted almonds, fresh strawberries, strawberry port vinaigrette –8

Fish and Chips – Freshly battered catch of the day, homemade chips, house tartar & pickles – 15

Country Ribs

A pork lovers rib, more pork than bone! Brined and dry rubbed and smoked all the way to heaven.

Spicy tomato & sorghum bbq sauce. -16

Pulled Pork

Reckamp Pork Shoulder rubbed down with a house blended dry rub and slow smoked over

hickory and mesquite. -16

Brisket

Locally sourced Brisket brined in house and then slow smoked until tender. Served shredded and tossed

in our house mustard bbq sauce. -17

Herb Smoked Chicken

Double Stars Farms Chicken brined in house and then gently roasted on the grill – 17

Baked Beans-Five bean varieties blended with san marzano tomatoes, local sorghum, mustard, chilies and plenty of smoked pork trimmings. -4
