NEW FALL MENU CHANGES


We’re cleaning out the coolers and getting ready for a seasonal menu change. While the format of the menu doesn’t change radically, many of the preparation will so we can take advantage of what’s fresh and seasonal from our farm suppliers. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days. Some dishes to look for:

Braised Pork Poutin – Braised pork cheeks, guanciale Sugo (tomato sauce), Marcoot cheese curds, crispy potato gnocchi

Crispy Potato Cake -Creme fraiche, savoury apple relish

Chicken and grits – Anson Mills white grits, shrimp gumbo sauce

Chicken Fried Pork Steak – Roasted spaghetti squash, kimchee brussel sprouts, pork gravy.

House Steak Plate – Ridgley Missouri beef, creamed swiss chard, fat daddy onion rings, horseradish sauce.
