Our pub inspired menu is cooked fresh and sourced as locally as possible. Many ingredients, such as our burgers and pork, are locked in relationships with local farms and suppliers. As the seasons change so does availability of local produce and ingredients. In order to maintain a cohesive menu we substitute fresh/organic produce during the long non-growing seasons or whenever necessary to keep popular items on the menu. Your server should have good knowledge of our menu and can tell you more about story behind our ingredients.
