Breakfast themed beer dinner menu for
wednesday,Â July 25th.
We’re kicking off Craft Beer Week early with a doozy of a dinner featuring many of our cellar treasures.
Coffee Stouts demanded some breakfast flavors. Check out the menu:
Welcome Course: House made English muffins, country ham, fresh Spanish goat cheese, peach preserves
Pairing: Centennial IPA
1st Course: Â Pan Seared Scrapple-soft poached farm egg, brown butter & sage holindaise
Pairing: Better Half
2nd Course: Coffee Crusted Seared Duck Breast -Pistacio blinis, fig jam, espresso gastrique
Pairing: Kentucky Breakfast Stout
3rd Course: Pork Duo-Sorgum brined loin, braised & smoked belly, sweet corn grits, grilled pickled baby leeks
Pairing: Canadian Breakfast Stout
4th Course: Pine Nut & Chocolate Crepes-Praline bacon & whiskey creme Anglaise
Pairing: Blushing Monk
